About This Event
Akshar International School was filled with energy and excitement today as students participated in a fun-filled Yoga and Zumba fitness session to promote physical fitness, mental well-being among our students.
The Zumba fitness session got everyone moving and grooving to loudly music. Students danced with enthusiasm burning calories and boosting their mood. It was fantastic way to do exercise while having a blast. The Yoga session that followed was a perfect blend of physical posture, breathing techniques and meditation. Students practiced poses, which helped them develop flexibility, balance, and strength. Meditation helped them calm their minds and focus their thoughts
The students thoroughly enjoyed the session and Benefited fat the physical activity, mental relaxation and social interaction. It wonderful experience that promoted over all development and wellbeing.
