ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR THE YEAR: 2020-21 (FOR IX – X)

Requisites To Be Provided:

Admission form Rs. 500/- and Registration fee Rs. 250/- (Non-refundable payment).
Documents for Admission formalities to be attached with the student Application.
Aadhaar card (Xerox), Report card (VII/VIII/IX), 4 photos

Fee Structure:

Note:

Computer practical fee for Std. IX/ X : Rs. 2000/- for 1 year in September.

Pre-Board Exam fee for Std. X : Rs. 150/- per subject in December.

Board Registration Fee : Rs. 6500/- in the month of July.

E- Learning charges : Rs. 1000/- per student.

Meal (Optional) : Rs. 1700/- per month

Books, stationery, uniform, tie and educational kit charges – Rs. 4500/- per student.

Round the Clock

The school will run for 7 hours with 2 breaks.

Equal importance will be given to both the regular school and follow-up classes.

The schedule will be as follows:-

1st Period - 10:15 am - 11:00 am
2nd period – 11:00 am - 11:45 am
3rd period – 11:45 am -12:30 pm
Break – 12:30 pm - 12:50 pm
4th period – 12:50 pm - 1:35 pm
5th period – 1:35 pm - 2:20 pm
Lunch Hour – 2:20 pm – 2:50 pm
Follow – up Session – 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Dispersal – 5:00 pm

Important Notes:

IX/ X (NIOS) – English, Hindi, Science/Business Studies, Social Science/Economics, Mathematics, Data Entry.

IX/ X (JAC) – English, Hindi, Science, Social Science, Mathematics, Computer and Sanskrit.

(The examinations of JAC will be conducted by Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi.)

Examination will be held in the month of April/May 2021.

Admit Cards will be released to the students few days prior to examination

Admit Cards will be handed over only after the completion of the entire school fee.

Fees will not be refunded once paid under any circumstances.

Fees for unseen projects/assignments can be charged. Mode of Payment: Cash / Cheque / Online transfer.

Note: - School authority has the right to change or alter the fees structure due to inflation.
