Infomationt to parents

• Please read the school notice-board on a regular basis to know the holidays or any other information.
• Children must not bring any valuable articles to the school. The school authority will not be responsible for the loss of such articles.
• The parents must check the school bag of the child every day.
• The parents should spend sufficient time with the child to ensure a good level of understanding and they must also participate in the school activities.
• The students and the parents also are awarded at the end of the session under various categories for their performance and participation in the school activities.
• The child must carry the school diary to the school daily and get it checked by the parents regularly. Prompt attention on any message is very essential.
• The parents are requested to cooperate with the school in the observance of its rules and the code of conduct.
• The students should return the progress report duly signed by their parents/guardians within seven days of its receipt.
• Avoid social engagements or medical appointments for your child school time .
• Children should be present on the day of closing and reporting before and after vacations.
• The school uniform is compulsory. The students should be neat and well-groomed. This tradition contributes a strong sense of one-ness. Personal cleanliness, nail, handy, uniform and shoes are inspected on regular intervals. The school uniform will be varying from season to season. Therefore, the parents/guardians are advised to keep in touch with the school counselorto know the latest status.
• The parents are required to reach their children’s school fifteen minutes before the scheduled time. The school timing will be different from place to place and season to season. The parents are advised to check the school authority from time to time.
• ln orderto get updated status about the child’s progress, the parents are required to have interaction with the respective Class Teacher on a regular basis.
• The parents are requested not to go directly to the class to meet the teachers as the teacher will not be able to leave their classes to attend them.
• The parents are requested to send their kids in proper school uniform and pin up one napkin along with an I-Card on the child's dress and send one extra panty (with your child‘s name and any other identification mark on it). An l-Card will be issued to the child at the time of admission by the school.
• The school authority will issue a separate "PARENTS CARD" to the parents allowing them to pick up the child from the school.
• The parent needs to show this card at the reception, then only the child will be handed over to them.
• No stranger e.g. any servant driver, relative will be allowed to pick up the child from the school without the prior information by the parents to the school authority.
• Misplace of I-Card/Parent Card must be reported immediately to the school authority.
• If the child is absent, the parents must report the same to the school authority telephonically on the same day.
• The school authority will be bound to struck off any student’s name from the school rolls, if the same student is absent from the school for more than 6 days without any prior information or genuine reason. In this case, the readmission will only be granted on the payment of a fresh admission fee.
